Yes, I have been a total slacker when it comes to posting on my site. Sorry. Not that many people read anymore or care for that matter.

I went home to visit my family over the 4th of July weekend. I stayed with my brother and his beautiful family. Anyway, it was an awesome weekend. Every time I go home, I wish I lived closer to my family. I realize how much I miss them when I’m there.

Work is going really well. I love my externship and the people I work with. The experience I am getting this summer is priceless! I have great preceptors and have had some really neat patients as well.

Monkey is doing well. He has been playing baseball all summer and that will end in about 3wks. He even got a chance to pitch one game and he did very well for his first time. In August football practice will begin! EEEK! I’m a little nervous about that because I’m afraid he will get hurt of course. I know, I need to suck it up!

Other than that, not a whole lot going on.
