Expired?
Thursday, June 26th, 2008I am pretty sure there is a better word to use when people pass on. I’ve heard it before and then about 100x today and it grinds my nerves.
Saying a person has expired is correct usage of the word, but I think it sounds freakin’ awful. To me, it sounds like the person is yogurt or some sort of food product. I would just prefer to hear the words, passed on, deceased, gone, or even dead.
I know, what a random rant but whatever.
