Wind of change
May 16th, 2008 by TracyCan anyone explain to me why it is that when you are riding your bike, the wind changes direction every time you do? You know, so you are riding against the wind the entire bike ride? I was thinking that to myself while riding this morning as I said several naughty words out loud. It just doesn’t make any sense!! It did not matter which direction I was headed, the wind was headed in the opposite.
If someone has an explanation, I would love to hear it.

You know, as a runner, I run into this same problem all the time. My theory: you don’t ever think about the wind unless you are running into it, so it seems like you are always running into the wind.
