Even though the woman is skinny, her legs, torso and arms don't match with her face and hands... Her fingers should be almost bone, and her face should be far away more skinny than that. I think the picture has photoshop... I think that the second one is true, but i think that the face of the third anorexic girl should be more skinny to match her body. When people are that anorexic, their face almost has no fat, so all her skin sticks to the jaw and you can see a lot of the bones in the face... the first one is fake.
