Every night I leave for my bike ride, it is just light enough to wear sunglasses. About half way through my ride it is dusky and I no longer wear my glasses. STUPID!!

I was trucking along and BLAM, I got pegged in the eye by a huge bug! I thought I was going to lose my eye. Luckily the bug kept on going. Yeah, it was that big. I have had gnats stuck in my eye before, but I have never been hit by something that big. I guess I learned a valuable lesson in appropriate eye wear.

There were also some great smells on the trail. I guess because it has rained the past few days all sorts of smells were stirred up. Some good and some not so good. I like the smell of the apples and I dunno, but it sort of smelled like cinnamon at certain points. I guess it is starting to smell like fall. Mmmm, I love it!! On my way home however, there was the fucking stench of rot!! All I have to say, I almost died. Finishing up 6miles, breathing pretty good, the last thing you want to inhale deeply is the stench of rot. I had my sweaty ass shirt over my face and that smelled 100x better than dead!! SICK!!

But I am comfortable with that.

Last night I was looking on the internet for stethoscopes and they are not cheap. I was told by a fellow student that we should get something unique and I was so happy when I found these. I was SO excited to see that I can get a dragonfly on the head of my stethoscope!!

We have a meeting next week where we will discuss everything that we need for our clinical, so I will hold off until then. Anyway. Can you tell I do not have much going on right now? Yeah.
