I hope everyone had as good of weekend as I did!! This is the brief of it:

Friday- Long, but interesting drive. Keep in mind, signs that SAY rough road, mean HUGE 6 in deep potholes that will tear your car apart. Almost died countless times due to semi drivers who don’t check lanes before switching. Saw a deer smashed on the road by a Tahoe. And that was just the drive to Tara’s house!! Met Tara’s family (super cute, btw), got tattoos, had dinner, and then we went to bed.

Saturday- Hung out with Tyler all day. Less than ‘magical’ Magic Hill, ice cream, saw ‘the shit’ and boiling, cold springs, partied, and again, went to bed.

Sunday- Spent time with my family!! Helped clean my brother’s awesome new home for the parade. Just really enjoyed my family. Headed home rather late. Pretty good drive until I didn’t take the toll road in Indiana. Yeah, remembered why I should have when driving for 45min through the ghetto of Chicago at midnight. Oh and then in Chicago, a fellow Wisconsonite FREAKS out on me!! I switched lanes to pass a slow car and didn’t realize the car behind me was going 80mph!! He zoomed up on my butt and I got back over after passing the car. He honks and passes me. Well he couldn’t keep a constant speed so when he passed me later, he made all kinds of nasty hand gestures and just pretty much was freaking out about it!! CREEP!! Okay, so he was total WT with his wife and 3 kids in his Chrysler LHS with paint scratches all over the back end. Hmm? Wonder if that was due to the fact that he drives like a complete ASSHOLE? Best part, I smashed a deer 45 min from home My car now has issues and I’m praying that the impact killed little bambi.

Monday- Woke up LATE (got to bed at 2:45am). Went to the beach and chilled for about 3.5 hours until I got a most unexpected phone call. Yeah, said person SHOCKED me, but we ended up having dinner, so that was a nice end to a fabulous weekend!!

Again, hope you had almost as much fun and excitement as I did.
